Carlyn Meyer...In Her Own Words…
This fall marks the fifth anniversary of my husband's death. He had never smoked, worked out 5 days a week and was a healthy foodie. I was 49, he was 54 when we met. We were together five years almost to the day when he died – together for the same amount of time we've now been apart. It is comforting to know that the Lung Run is five years old this fall, as well. It has grown into a premier event. I am proud of the young organizers who put it together and grateful to support its fundraising.
