We would like to celebrate our 5th Anniversary with you! The organizers of the Chicago 5K Lung Run would like to honor you, your family, and friends with a story about your connection to lung cancer and/or the Chicago 5K Lung Run. Do you know a lung cancer survivor who has attended the event? Have you and your family members and friends honored or memorialized a loved one by participating in the event? Do any of your family members travel long distances to participate?
